RCS is the free, modern way to text — like iMessage, but it works on any phone. Turn it on once and you can message us for free, with no SMS charges, even from outside the US.
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the upgraded version of regular text messaging, built right into the app you already use. It sends over your Wi-Fi or data instead of as a paid SMS — so messages are free, arrive instantly, and support photos, read receipts, and typing indicators. Think of it as iMessage for everyone, on both iPhone and Android.
If you ever need to reach us about an order, RCS is the easiest and cheapest way — especially for our customers outside the United States, where a normal SMS can be expensive.
Requires iOS 18 or later and a carrier that supports RCS (most major carriers now do). Updates between two iPhones stay on iMessage; RCS is used when you text someone on Android — like us.
RCS lives in Google Messages, the default texting app on most Android phones. (If you don't have it, install “Messages by Google” from the Play Store and set it as your default SMS app.)
When RCS is on, the message box will say “RCS message” (instead of “Text message”), and you'll see Delivered / Read under your messages and typing dots when the other person is replying. If you don't see the RCS option, your carrier may not support it yet — a normal text still reaches us perfectly fine.
